Terms
Terms for using AIMake accounts, subscriptions, external agents, and project workspaces.
Last updated September 6, 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AIMake. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use AIMake for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Acceptable use
Use AIMake lawfully and do not use it to abuse, disrupt, scrape, probe, attack, or harm people, accounts, networks, or systems. Do not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Your content
You are responsible for content and instructions you put into AIMake and for having the rights needed to use them. You keep ownership of your content. You give AIMake a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Accounts and organizations
Keep your account and connected credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people and agents you authorize. Organization owners and admins control membership and project access, so only authorize people who may see and change that organization's data.
External agents and services
AIMake does not provide model inference in v1. You choose the external coding agents, models, and other services you connect. An authorized agent may read scoped workspace data and make changes on your behalf. Review its permissions, output, and actions before relying on them, especially for production, security, legal, financial, or business decisions.
Third-party services such as Google, GitHub, Stripe, and your chosen agent or model provider are governed by their own terms. AIMake is not responsible for their availability, output, or independent handling of data.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew on the billing cadence shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. You can request cancellation or a supported plan change through support@aimake.dev; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or support confirmation says otherwise. Plan capacity and published additional-usage rates are described on the pricing and billing pages.
Stripe processes payments. You authorize the charges shown at checkout, including recurring charges and applicable taxes. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.
AIMake software and feedback
AIMake and its licensors own the service, software, branding, and documentation, excluding your content. These Terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized. If you provide feedback, AIMake may use it without restriction or payment to improve the service.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change, improve, or remove parts of the service over time. We may also suspend or remove access when needed for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or service integrity. You may stop using AIMake at any time. Contact support for account deletion or export requests. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for legal obligations, security, billing, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
Warranty
AIMake is provided on an as-is basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use, or that external agent output will be accurate or complete.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, AIMake is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the extent allowed by law, AIMake's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid AIMake in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
