Use the product lawfully, keep your account secure, and do not use AIMake to abuse, disrupt, scrape, attack, or harm other people or systems.

You are responsible for the content you put into the service. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us permission to host, process, and transmit it as needed to operate the product.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite into an organization. Keep account access limited to people who are allowed to see the organization and project data.

AIMake uses AI to help plan and execute work. AI-generated outputs can be wrong or incomplete, so you should review important outputs before relying on them in production or business decisions.

Paid plans renew on the billing cadence shown at checkout unless canceled. Usage limits, included credits, overage pricing, and seat limits are described on the pricing and billing pages.

Stripe processes payments. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.

We may change, improve, or remove parts of the service over time. We may also suspend or remove access when needed for abuse prevention, security, or service integrity.

AIMake is provided on an as-is basis to the extent allowed by law.

To the extent allowed by law, AIMake is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
