Privacy

AIMake uses Google sign-in to verify identity and reduce abuse. We collect basic account information and the product data you choose to store so the product can work. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Account data: name, email address, and profile photo returned by Google sign-in.

Product data: organizations, projects, wins, tasks, Notes, record-bound comments, customer support issues, proof links and files, and configuration you create inside AIMake.

Repository evidence: source links, repository content and metadata supplied by your harness, retained historical observations, and scoped activity from agents you authorize through MCP.

Billing data: subscription plan, usage records, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and checkout status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by AIMake.

Service data: basic operational and security information needed to run, debug, measure usage, and protect the product, such as request timing, device and browser type, approximate location, referring page, visited route, and security events.

We use your data to authenticate users, prevent abuse, operate the service, connect authorized repositories and agents, preserve project context and delivery proof, manage subscriptions, provide support, and enforce plan capacity.

We also use it to maintain reliability, investigate issues, and keep the product secure.

Google sign-in verifies identity and helps prevent abuse. AIMake only requests basic profile information, not Gmail, Drive, or contacts access.

AIMake does not run or resell model inference in v1. When you authorize an external agent, it may retrieve the workspace data allowed by its scopes and send that data to the model or service you chose. That processing occurs under your relationship with the external provider and its privacy terms.

You should avoid storing unnecessary secrets, credentials, regulated health data, or highly sensitive personal data in Notes, record comments, or proof.

AIMake uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views and product events such as starting signup or checkout. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not attach those analytics events to a directly identifying profile.

AIMake stores essential session and navigation information in browser or device storage so you can stay signed in and return to your workspace. We do not use advertising cookies.

AIMake uses service providers to operate the product: Convex for the application backend and file storage, Vercel for web hosting and analytics, Cloudflare for API routing and security, Google for sign-in, and Stripe for payments. They process data under their own terms and our arrangements with them.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to, within your organization according to its permissions, to comply with law or protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction such as a financing, acquisition, or sale. We do not sell personal data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the product stage we are in, including authenticated access controls for organization and project data.

We keep account, project, billing, and service data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention can vary by data type. Backups and security records may remain for a limited period after deletion from the active product.

You can update or delete project content from inside the product where those controls are available. For account, export, correction, deletion, or privacy requests, contact support. You can revoke external agent access or provider authorization using the relevant service controls.

AIMake is a business software service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

We may update this policy as AIMake changes. We will publish the updated policy and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably required.
