AIMake uses Google sign-in to verify identity and reduce abuse. We collect basic account information and the product data you choose to store in the service so the product can work.
Information We Collect
Account data: name, email address, and profile photo returned by Google sign-in.
Product data: organizations, projects, wins, tasks, documentation, messages, growth experiments, proof links, integrations, and configuration you create inside AIMake.
Billing data: subscription plan, usage records, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and checkout status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by AIMake.
Service data: basic operational and security information needed to run, debug, measure usage, and protect the product.
How We Use It
We use your data to authenticate users, prevent abuse, operate the service, manage subscriptions, and power AI-assisted planning and execution features.
We also use it to maintain reliability, investigate issues, and keep the product secure.
Google Access
Google sign-in verifies identity and helps prevent abuse. AIMake only requests basic profile information, not Gmail, Drive, or contacts access.
AI Processing
When you use AI-assisted features, relevant project and documentation content may be processed to provide those features.
You should avoid storing unnecessary secrets, credentials, regulated health data, or highly sensitive personal data in project docs, chats, or proof links.
Service Providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, monitoring, and AI providers as needed to operate AIMake. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the product stage we are in, including authenticated access controls for organization and project data.
We keep account, project, billing, and service data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your Choices
You can update or delete project content from inside the product where those controls are available. For account, export, deletion, or privacy requests, contact support.
